Cancellation Policy

All rentals are paid at the time of reservation. The cancellation policy has been put into effect to stop the “reserve and shop around” cancellations that prevent YOU from reserving the equipment you would like to rent. Effective immediately upon reservation there are absolutely NO REFUNDS. In store credits will be issued for all cancellations and are valid for up to one year from the date of rental. Once the rental is delivered and set-up there will be no credits or cancellations allowed. Rentals cancelled within 24 hours of the delivery will not be issued credit.
